The Cloverdale Bed Races originated in 1977 to promote the annual Cloverdale Rodeo with an elimination-style Bed Race, offering quirky awards such as the Bed Pan trophy. This pre-rodeo event now also kicks off with a Western-themed Bike Parade, where kids get to show off their creative bike designs for prizes.
