Bear Creek Park comes alive with Halloween spirit each October as riders board the Pumpkin Train for a journey through the park's decorated forest. The mini train winds past spooky décor and seasonal surprises before pulling into a pumpkin patch made for family photos, pumpkin picking, and holiday cheer.
The train runs daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, October 1 through 31, 2026, with one exception: the ride is closed October 25 while the park hosts a private event supporting the Canucks Autism Network.
Admission is $12 per person plus tax, and children under 2 ride free. Every child receives a Halloween treat, a stop at the arts & crafts table, and a pumpkin to take home. Visitors looking to extend the outing can add 18-hole mini golf for an extra $3.
Tickets are first-come, first-served at the gate — there is no online ticketing for this event. The ride is wheelchair accessible, and cash, debit, credit, and access cards are all accepted.
Those looking for a spookier evening can also check out the Bear Creek Scream Train, running select nights this October.
