Kick off the FIFA World Cup™ 2026 in style at the grand opening of the Surrey Soccer Fan Zones! Join the community at Surrey Civic Plaza on June 12 from 10 AM to 9 PM as Canada takes to the pitch for their first match, broadcast live on the big screen at 12 PM.

This is a free, community celebration packed with live entertainment, soccer activities, community exhibitors, food trucks, and a licensed beer garden. The first 250 fans through the door will receive a $10 food and beverage coupon plus giveaways, so arrive early!

Adding to the excitement, Surrey-born Vancouver Whitecaps FC midfielder Jeevan Badwal will make a special appearance — a proud local moment to celebrate alongside thousands of fellow fans.

The festivities also extend to Kick It! at Central City Plaza, making June 12 a full day of FIFA World Cup™ 2026 energy across Surrey.
