Experience BC's Largest Rodeo This Spring
The Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair returns May 14–18, 2026, for five days of world-class cowboys and cowgirls, BC's biggest midway, live country music, over 50 food trucks, lumberjack shows, an Indigenous Village, bed races, and a whole lot of Western spirit.
With roots going back to 1888, the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is one of Surrey's most beloved traditions. The Country Fair first opened its gates that year, and the rodeo arrived in 1945. Seven decades later, the two are still a match made in heaven. The Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair blends agricultural heritage, Western sport, and modern festival culture into one large-scale community event.
What's New at the Cloverdale Rodeo
The 2026 Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is pulling out all the stops this year. For the first time since 2008, the fair kicks off a day early with the Country Fair Kickoff Concert on Thursday, May 14, headlined by Brett Kissel and Cooper Alan, with lower-priced admission. Step into the Rodeo Reds, a new 19+ late-night hotspot.
For exciting shows, see two rodeo-themed drone shows light up the sky, or kick up the energy with freestyle motocross stunt shows and the new demolition derby for adrenaline seekers looking to see trucks and cars clash and race.
