It is a celebration of people coming together in love, diversity and inclusivity to show how far LGBTQQIA2S+ rights have come while acknowledging their history and the hardships they have endured, and the impact that this important segment of our community has had on society at all

Visit the atrium at Surrey City Hall to check out a Surrey Pride display celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Surrey Pride Society, and watch for the lights at Civic Plaza to display the colours of the pride flag from June 22 to June 28, 2024.

Rainbow Gala & Awards Night

Pride Month kicks off in Surrey with the inaugural Rainbow Gala and Awards Night. This red carpet affair will feature a 3-course sit-down dinner, live music courtesy of The Apartment, a drag show, a silent auction, an awards presentation and the unveiling of the digital wall of honour.

Queer Bellwethers: Ones Who Take The Initiative
